An Evening of Connection, Conversation and Investment Insight – 23rd April 2026
Dorset Business Angels invites members, sponsors and their guests to an exclusive and relaxed evening of fine wine, artisanal food, and engaging conversation this April.
Hosted at Renoufs in Southbourne, the evening brings together investors in a warm and welcoming setting where conversations flow easily, ideas are shared, and new connections naturally take shape. It is a chance to step away from the day-to-day and experience the community behind the network.
Special Guest Speaker
We are delighted to welcome Simon Hawtrey-Coombs, who will share a selection of entertaining and thought-provoking stories with members and their guests.
Well known across the county, Simon is President of Bournemouth Rugby Club and a highly respected businessman and entrepreneur. Despite this, he has been described by one referee on his LinkedIn profile as “unemployable”, and by another as “once met, never forgotten…”
Simon describes himself as “Head of Happiness” on LinkedIn and is co-founder of the highly successful peer2peer boards, bringing a unique and engaging perspective to the evening.
