Monday evening 4th October saw the welcome return to face-to-face events for Dorset Business Angels (DBA). Investors, sponsors and the DBA team gathered in Bournemouth to watch 5 pitches delivered by entrepreneurs.
16 expressions of interest were registered during the evening, with the most interest shown in the aviation guidance technology, EV marine propulsion and vegan and free from ready meal sector pitches. The pitches delivered by these entrepreneurs were clear, engaging, and informative.
Our thanks to everyone who attended in person on Monday, the questions put to the entrepreneurs and the private discussions afterwards were outstanding and contributed so much to a fantastic and well-received evening overall.
Furthermore, all the pitches were videoed and are now available to view on the DBA website’s Pitch Portal enabling those who signed up for the ‘video ticket’ or members who couldn’t make the event to watch them in the comfort of their own home. We’re confident that our online offering of the pitch videos will be just as well received.
